  1. How do I book into a class?

    You can easily book into any class using our free Frost Training Club app for iOS and Android or through our website at www.frosttrainingclub.com

  2. When can I sign up for classes?

    Classes go live every Sunday at 12pm for the following Monday-Friday. Classes for Saturday & Sunday go live Thursdays at 12pm.

  3. How far out can I book my classes?

    Every guest can book for current/upcoming week.

  4. Can I pick my own spot?

    Yes. You can choose your own bike in all of our classes.

  5. Do you provide towels?

    Yes! We have complimentary towel service for you.

  6. Do you provide shoes for rent for cycle?

    Yes, you can rent shoes for $3.

  7. Can I bring my own spin shoes?

    Yes! Our bikes are SPD and Delta compatible.

  8. Can I ride in my sneakers?

    No pedals are only compatible with spin shoes to ensure safe ride.

  9. Do you have water?

    Yes! We have bottled water for $3.

  10. Can I book a class for my guest?

    Yes, you will be able to purchase and book a guest within your account.

  11. How early should I arrive to class?

    Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to ensure you can get set up properly.

  12. What is the Cancellation Policy for classes I’ve signed up for?

    There is an 12 hour cancellation policy for morning classes and 2 hour cancellation policy for afternoon classes.

  13. What happens if I do not cancel my class within the given cancellation window?

    You will be charged a $15 fee for a "late cancel". Credit package holders will lose their credit.

  14. If I have “no show” to a class is there a charge?

    Yes! If you are booked into a class that you do not cancel before the start time and you “no show” you will be charged $20. Credit package holders will lose their credit.​​

  15. What happens if I arrive late to a class?

    Doors will be closed 1 minute before class starts. Once closed, guests will not be allowed into class.

  16. What happens if I need to leave a class early?

    As a safety precaution and to respect the experience of fellow guests, we ask that you only book yourself into classes that you know you can fully attend from start to finish (including stretch). All classes start and end on time to respect your commitments outside of our space.

  17. Do you have showers?

    We do not have showers, but you are more than welcome to freshen up in our large bathrooms after class.

  18. What is your Cancellation Policy for Month-to-Month Monthly Memberships?

    You can cancel your membership with a 30 day notice upon written request.

  19. What is your Refund Policy?

    We do not provide refunds on class credits, monthly passes, or memberships. If you have purchased a retail item that you need to return, the item must be unworn with tags attached to receive a refund within 7 days of purchase, 14 days for items shipped domestically.
